SHIPPING POLICY

IRELAND DELIVERY

DPD Next Business Day Delivery — €7

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched that working day for expected delivery on the next business day.

Orders placed after 3pm, during weekends or on Irish bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Courex’s control.

UK DELIVERY

DPD Tracked Delivery — £13.12

Estimated delivery time is two business days from dispatch. Customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Any applicable duties or taxes will be shown or calculated at checkout where available. Customers are responsible for charges that are not collected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DPD Express Tracked — Price calculated at checkout

International delivery normally takes three or more business days from dispatch. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing.

Duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination. These will be calculated at checkout where available. Customers are responsible for charges that are not collected at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address or phone number provided with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order. Contact info@courex.ie as soon as possible if you notice an error.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If tracking states that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact info@courex.ie as soon as possible. Where possible, contact us within 48 hours so that we can begin an investigation promptly.

Include your order number, tracking information and photographs where relevant. Reporting a problem outside 48 hours does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
